Everience in Brussels seeks an Information Security Compliance Coordinator to track NIS2 and ISO 27001 controls, manage evidence, and drive governance activities. You will coordinate policy owners, gather status updates, and ensure timely deliverables with a structured, audit-ready approach.

You will work with Excel dashboards and PowerPoint reports while liaising with the CISO and management. Fluency in English and French is required; Dutch is an asset in Belgium.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher (information management, business administration, IT, law, or a related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, GRC, audit support, PMO/PSO or a similar role.
• Highly structured, organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of follow-up.
• Assertive and credible communicator, comfortable chasing stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint skills for clear reporting.
• Strong written and spoken English and French; Dutch is a clear asset in the Belgian context.

Responsabilidades

• Compliance tracking and reporting: Build and maintain Excel dashboards and PowerPoint progress reports on NIS2 / ISO 27001 compliance for management and steering committees.
• Owner engagement and evidence management: collaborate with owners, obtain status updates and deliverables, organise evidence and maintain audit-ready repository.
• Project governance and coordination: organize governance meetings, agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-ups; escalate blockers to the CISO.
• Audit planning: plan agendas for internal/external audits (ISO 27001, NIS2), schedule auditees, ensure documentation is ready.
