Job summary

Everience is seeking an Information Security Compliance & Governance Coordinator to drive NIS2 and ISO 27001 initiatives. You will track policy implementation, collect evidence, and maintain audit-ready dashboards.

The role supports owners, coordinates governance meetings, and manages documentation and audit activities in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You will work closely with the Information Security team to ensure timely reporting and continuous improvement across compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in information management, business administration, IT, law, or a related field.
Working knowledge of information security governance and ISO/IEC 27001 (certification not required).
Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills for clear management reporting.
English and French language proficiency; Dutch is a plus in Belgium context.

Responsibilities

Compliance tracking and reporting: build and maintain dashboards and progress reports on NIS2/ISO 27001 compliance for management and steering committees.
Owner engagement and evidence management: collaborate with policy owners, collect and organize evidence, maintain audit-ready repositories.
Project governance: organize governance meetings, draft agendas, minutes, action logs and follow-ups; escalate blockers to the CISO.
Coordinate audits: plan agendas for ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits, schedule auditees and ensure documentation is ready.
Track audit findings and drive corrective actions with owners.
