Bnode is strengthening its CISO Office and seeks an experienced NIS2 Compliance Manager to drive our cybersecurity compliance programme and strengthen cyber resilience across the organisation.

You will translate NIS2 requirements into practical actions, coordinate across business and IT teams, maintain the control framework with evidence, and support audits and regulatory inspections. Fluent English is required; Dutch/French are an asset.

Qualifications

• Several years of cybersecurity, IT risk, information security, compliance, audit or governance experience.
• Good knowledge of NIS2 and related cybersecurity and information security requirements.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Experience with control frameworks, compliance assessments, remediation plans and audit evidence.
• Experience with risk registers, compliance tracking or GRC tools.
• Ability to coordinate activities across technical, business, risk, compliance and legal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of identity/access management, cloud and infrastructure security, network security, and business continuity.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French are assets.

Responsabilités

• Drive NIS2 compliance and translate requirements into practical controls, policies and plans.
• Maintain the NIS2 control framework with ownership, status and evidence.
• Coordinate control assessments and compliance reviews across functions.
• Identify compliance gaps and monitor remediation until completion.
• Ensure documentation remains audit-ready and supports audits and inspections.
• Prepare compliance dashboards, metrics and reports for management.
