Everience Belgium is seeking a structured and assertive coordinator to join the Information Security team and keep our NIS2/ISO 27001 compliance program on track. You will be the operational backbone, tracking policy implementation, collecting evidence, maintaining dashboards and governing project governance.

You will coordinate governance meetings, manage evidence, and escalate blockers to the CISO. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in compliance/GRC/PMO, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and information security governance (certification not required).
• Highly structured, organized with strong follow-up.
• Assertive communicator capable of chasing stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and clear PowerPoint reporting.

Responsabilités

• Track policy implementation and reporting for NIS2/ISO 27001 compliance.
• Consolidate evidence and maintain audit-ready repository.
• Coordinate governance meetings and action logs.
• Escalate blockers to the CISO in a timely manner.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits and corrective actions.
