Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, BU Ops Mgmt (3rd Shift: 8 PM to 5 AM IST) to lead operational activity within the assigned BU and support senior leaders in program delivery.

You’ll oversee process coordination, manage project management staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced life sciences environment. The role requires experience in project management, FDA regulations knowledge, and strong communication skills to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive management experience in clinical research or pharma is preferred.
• Strong planning, evaluation, directing and motivating staff capabilities; FDA/clinical PM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in global PM systems and processes to increase efficiency.
• Assist in performance improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for PM functions.
• Provide project oversight to ensure studies meet client requirements and scope.
