Compusearch bv in Brussels is seeking a technically skilled Services engineer to remotely manage mission critical systems for customers. You will analyse problems with the team, perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management, and be trained in new technologies.

You will participate in implementing new installations at customers in close cooperation with Project Engineers and Project Managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor, Master or Engineer in Electronics/IT/Telecommunication.
Fluent in Dutch; good knowledge of English and French is a major asset.
Strong virtualization knowledge (VMware, Nutanix).
Experience with Windows Server environments.
Enterprise Networking expertise (Switching, Routing, TCP/IP).
Linux knowledge is an asset; VOIP/Video knowledge is an asset.
Analytical, well organized, flexible and eager to learn.
Open to on-call rotation after a few months.
Driver Licence B.
Professional with up to 4 years of experience.

Responsabilités

Install the solution at customer sites and put into service.
Provide training to key users and administrators.
Perform remote corrective maintenance on mission critical systems.
Perform updates and upgrades on existing systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance visits under contracts.
Participate in on-call rotation after training period.
Troubleshooting complex environments; technical consulting and customer interaction.
