Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Senior Cyber Security Engineer in Mons, Belgium, for NATO-grade security work. The role is full-time and on-site, with relocation assistance available and a start date in December 2026.

You will help design secure architectures, assess risks, implement security controls, and guide incident management while coordinating with stakeholders and engineering teams across cloud and on-premises environments. NATO SECRET clearance and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years cybersecurity experience.
• Alternatively, up to 10 years of progressive experience may substitute a degree.
• Experience in cyber risk assessment and security controls.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and lead small teams.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to solution architectures for security and infra.
• Identifies and evaluates architectures considering cost, performance, scalability.
• Documents architecturally significant decisions and interfaces.
• Supports security incident management and vulnerability assessment.
• Defines requirements, traces them to source, and coordinates with stakeholders.
