EMW, Inc. in Brussels seeks a Network Operations Analyst to support enterprise network services and security controls. The role emphasizes CCNP-level competencies, SD-Access, and ISE, with on-site work and collaboration across teams.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure, assist in security compliance, and contribute to project staging, testing, and deployment. NATO SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4 years post-related experience.
• CCNP or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Cisco ISE and related NAC technologies.
• Experience with SD-Access, Campus networks, and Datacentre networks (ACI).
• Experience with DNS/DHCP/IPAM systems.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco Prime, CCC, Zabbix).
• Experience with Wireless networks and Network Load Balancing techniques.

Responsabilités

• Provide first- and second-line support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routing, switching, and authentication technologies.
• Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement fixes to maintain service availability.
• Assist in security assessments, infrastructure validation, and implementation of security controls.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and configuration records.
• Support projects from staging to deployment and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for service delivery.
• Provide after-hours support as required.
