Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with campus and data centre networks is mandatory.
• Proven knowledge of Cisco ISE, Prime, CCC, NDFC and wireless networks.

Responsabilités

• Provide first- and second-line operational support for network services.
• Install, configure, replace, maintain, and troubleshoot routing, switching, authentication, and related network technologies.
• Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions to maintain service availability.
• Support Cisco ISE administration for client provisioning, moves, adds and changes.
• Perform routine operational maintenance, including backups and health checks.
• Support infrastructure deployment, staging, testing, deployment, migration, and acceptance activities.
• Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and configuration records.
