Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• CCNP certification mandatory and ITIL knowledge desirable.
• Experience in international military/civilian environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide first- and second-line network support and incident resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure and security controls.
• Configure and maintain routing, switching and related technologies; document changes.
