Job summary

Qargo TMS in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to own regional marketing for the Netherlands. You’ll run campaigns across email, paid search, SEO, content and more, ensuring messaging fits the local market and aligns with broader goals.

This hands-on role blends creative and analytical work with autonomy, offering hybrid work 2–3 days in the Ghent office and opportunities to grow into additional regions as Qargo expands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Hands-on with multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, content or SEO.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting to measure performance.
• Proactive and able to collaborate with Sales, agencies and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own regional marketing activities for the Netherlands across channels.
• Adapt messaging and content for the regional market.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to support lead generation and align with goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies, briefs, timelines and deliveries.
• Support customer and events marketing and capture content at events.
• Track regional performance and qualify leads using Google, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
• Expand regional presence into new markets, including potential German-language needs.
