Job summary

EMW, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide 3rd level support for NATO HQ Brussels IT infrastructure and associated services.

You will lead the technical execution of complex issues and coordinate with experts within NATO HQ and BGX to promptly resolve operational challenges on server platforms and applications. The role requires a university ICT degree, 6+ years in ICT architecture and integration, and 3+ years in deploying VMware and IP networking.

Qualifications

• University degree in ICT or related discipline.
• 6+ years in ICT architecture, integration, and planning.
• 3+ years designing and implementing ICT projects.
• 3+ years integrating commercial software into CIS.
• 3+ years tailoring IT solutions to business requirements.
• 3+ years of VMware based deployments.
• 3+ years of IP-based network systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication for IT and business audiences.
• English language at level V (Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level technical support for BICES NATO HQ Element server platforms and applications.
• Lead technical execution of complex engineering issues.
• Coordinate with NATO HQ and BGX experts to resolve problems.
• Ensure security and operational integrity of CIS components.
