Spektrum supports apex purchasers and NATO programmes with a team delivering specialist services in defence, IT, and engineering. This role focuses on project management across BRASS/BLOS AP initiatives, coordinating meetings, tracking baselines, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

The ideal candidate holds PM certifications (PRINCE2 or PMP) and has hands-on experience with MS Project, Visio, and Excel to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a defence context.

Qualifications

• Official certification in at least one PM methodology (PRINCE2 and/or similar).
• Proven experience in managing complex defense or government projects.
• Knowledge of BRASS/BLOS AP projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide ad-hoc support for National BRASS implementations, including TBCE generation and IFB preparation.
• Manage and record releases of the BLOS AP software to Nations.
• Capture the current BRASS and BLOS AP project baseline in MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Monitor maritime project progress and report forecasted exceptions to the PM.
• Coordinate MIWG and BRASS SAB meetings and prepare minutes.
