Spektrum seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture development for complex defence and government projects. You will establish practices, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure alignment with standards across NATO-related programs.

You will drive requirements management, security-focused design, and integration of mobile, network architectures, working with diverse stakeholders. On-site in Belgium, with occasional travel to NATO sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline with 5+ years post-degree experience.
• Or a Bachelor's with 8+ years post-related experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of mobile infrastructure and wireless tech.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of architectures for complex solutions.
• Establish policies, principles and practices for the selection of solution architecture components.
• Manages trade-offs and balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organisation.
• Communicates proposed decisions to stakeholders.
• Coordinates and manages the target architecture across multiple projects or initiatives.
• Maintains a stable, viable architecture and ensures consistency of design across projects.
