Spektrum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead NATO Power BI projects and BI delivery activities. You will coordinate with internal teams, NATO customers, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes, while managing plans, risks and budgets.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive change control, and deliver governance papers and senior briefings, ensuring compliance with NATO and NCI Agency requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience for large organizations.
• Senior project management experience in NATO/defense/government contexts preferred.
• Experience managing BI/Power BI delivery projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with multinational users.
• Ability to drive delivery to deadlines and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead NATO Power BI projects and work packages.
• Develop and control project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements with NATO stakeholders and users.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk baselines.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, and decision logs.
• Prepare status reports and governance submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
