Spektrum seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead NSIP and C4ISR-related initiatives within a multinational defense context in Belgium. You will plan, execute and monitor complex procurement programs, coordinating resources and reporting to senior leadership and NATO committees.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years NATO/defense delivery experience, strong briefing skills, and PM qualifications (PMP/PRINCE2). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Power BI is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Project Manager for a large organization focused on C4ISR within defence.
• At least 2 years direct NATO or National Ministry of Defense delivery experience.
• Excellent oral and written briefing skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Power BI for status visualization.
• Understanding of the NATO Security Investment Programme (NSIP).
• Experience developing Statements of Work for competitive bidding.
• English proficiency per STANAG 6001 Level 3.
• Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2 PMP etc).
• Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP/CISM etc.
• IT certifications such as ITIL 4, Agile PM, AWS or similar.

Responsabilités

• Manage NSIP projects and major procurement initiatives in Cyber Security.
• Plan, request and deploy resources to meet milestones; take corrective actions.
• Define and ensure completion of projects; prepare proposals and source selections.
• Review approach with Portfolio Manager; adhere to Agency processes.
• Monitor progress and risks; ensure budget and timelines compliance.
• Provide regular reports to leadership and NATO committees.
• Gather customer requirements, analyze data and resolve issues.
• Lead project team effectively; manage deviations with risk actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management within NCIA.
