Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a National Customs Operations Manager in Belgium to harmonize and optimize national customs processes. You will shape operations, lead automation initiatives, and act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and technology partners.

You will drive regional blueprints, ensure compliance, and manage cross-functional projects across Belgium. A strong background in customs, leadership, and project management is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Certified Customs Broker credential required or strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership in customs operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and harmonize national customs operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Implement regional blueprints nationwide and drive process improvements.
• Identify automation and outsourcing opportunities.
• Support onboarding of new customs business; contribute to RFQs; enable system integrations.
• Engage with customers in operational meetings to present capabilities and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage projects related to new operational solutions and digital tools.
