Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Customs Team Leader in Tessenderlo to oversee and coordinate all customs activities at one operational site. In this role, you will lead a team of customs officers, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and the timely processing of customs declarations.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of customs regulations, proven leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, they must be fluent in Dutch and English, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations and bonded warehouse rules.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics/customs environments.
• Clear and professional communication with stakeholders and authorities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate customs activities at operational site.
• Lead and support a team of customs officers.
• Manage workload distribution and performance follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with EU Customs Code and internal procedures.
