Essity in Diegem seeks a proactive Contract & Tender Representative to support Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance. You will manage contracts and tender docs, input data, generate reports, and maintain SAP Master Data. The role requires tri-lingual communication and strong Excel skills.

You will collaborate across departments, develop Salsa Report queries, and provide system support for Essity platforms. A professional bachelor’s degree is desired and tender experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch, French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP and tender processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; professional thinking level expected.
• Understanding of business economics and data ratios.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts and tender documentation with stakeholders.
• Input data into databases and generate sales reports.
• Respond to routine inquiries following guidelines or checklists.
• Maintain SAP Master Data including customers, pricing and products.
• Create/modify Excel reports and Salsa Report queries.
• Provide system support for Essity systems, SAP, CRM Dynamics, and ticketing.
• Communicate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Finance in Dutch, French and English.
