Ontex is expanding its Commercial team and seeks a Sales Assistant Healthcare to support the sales organization with tender coordination, pricing, and customer data management. You will work closely with Account Managers, Product Specialists, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Responsibilities include preparing offers, maintaining records in SAP/CRM, and supporting reporting across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; strong written and spoken skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare commercial offers and tenders with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales docs in SAP and CRM.
• Support customers with pricing, product information, and inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with reporting and territory data analysis.
• Contribute to sales projects, process improvements and product launches.
• Ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently per procedures.

To reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Sales Assistant Healthcare.

As a Sales Assistant Healthcare, you will support the sales organization through accurate administration, customer data management, tender coordination, reporting, and customer support. You will work closely with customers, Account Managers, Product Specialists, and internal stakeholders to help ensure smooth commercial operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial offers and official tenders with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales documentation in SAP, CRM, and other systems.
• Support customers with pricing, product information, and administrative inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with reporting, analysis, and the follow-up of customer and territory information.
• Contribute to sales-related projects, process improvements, and product launch activities.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed efficiently and in line with established procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to manage priorities effectively, particularly during tender periods.
