Planon is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Antwerpen to enable Account Managers to focus on relationships while you handle quotes, renewals, and CRM updates. You’ll work with one or two Account Managers as a true team, ensuring customers get a seamless experience.

The role offers hybrid working, a structured onboarding, and continuous learning to grow your skills while supporting international clients and contributing to a global software business.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inside sales, sales support, or sales coordination experience.
• Excellent command of English, Dutch and French.
• Strong stakeholder management and CRM/documentation skills.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with initiative.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily sales support to Account Managers with varied tasks.
• Prepare quotes, manage renewals, and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and customers.
• Advise on licensing models and handle forms/documentation.
• Act as the operational contact for customers and drive process improvements.
