IKEA Gruppe Belgium is seeking a Content Specialist to coordinate and bring our marketing communications to life across digital channels, working with internal teams and external agencies.

You will brief, review and approve content, ensure brand alignment and business objectives, manage timelines and budgets, and monitor campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience briefing and coordinating marketing campaigns across channels.
• Strong affinity with digital marketing and customer communication.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; able to edit and validate content.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• Experience with digital channels such as social media, websites and newsletters.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the external advertising agency.
• Brief, coordinate and supervise content and campaigns across (mostly) digital channels.
• Brief, review and approve content ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables and campaign performance; provide recommendations for improvement.
