Teamleader CRM is seeking a Medior IT Coordinator to own IT across Teamleader, Yuki and AdminPulse in Ghent, Antwerp and Barcelona. You’ll manage hardware standards, device lifecycle, and office IT, while aligning policy with HR, Finance and Engineering. The role is hands-on, with English required and Dutch a plus in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You’ll ensure devices are up-to-date, support colleagues, and shape IT decisions that improve onboarding and employee experience across the group.

Qualifications

• Medior IT Coordinator with experience owning IT across multiple entities.
• Strong English; Dutch a plus and welcome in a multilingual environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Intune or similar MDM, and Notion.
• Comfortable managing hardware lifecycle and office IT infrastructure.
• Willingness to collaborate with HR, Finance and Engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Own IT landscape for Teamleader x Yuki x AdminPulse across offices.
• Manage hardware lifecycle from device specs to redeployment and recycling.
• Provide second-line hardware/software support in collaboration with office team.
• Maintain office IT: wifi, meeting rooms, audiovisuals and events tech.
• Draft IT/tool policies and roll out group-wide tooling.
