Teamleader, a SaaS scale-up with offices in Ghent, Antwerpen and Barcelona, is seeking an IT Coordinator to own the IT landscape for Teamleader, Yuki and AdminPulse. You will support 300+ colleagues, ensure hardware readiness for new hires, and manage office infrastructure.

The role is hands-on and closely tied to People and non-technical teams, with opportunities to shape IT strategy. You will collaborate across HR, Finance and Engineering to align IT decisions, drive improvements, and

Qualifications

• Few years of experience in IT support, workplace IT, or system administration.
• Comfortable across Google Workspace, Intune, identity management tooling, Notion, and both Windows and Mac environments.
• English is a must; Dutch is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Own IT landscape for Teamleader, Yuki and AdminPulse across multiple offices.
• Be central point of contact for IT for 300+ colleagues; onboard equipment and manage lifecycle.
• Provide second-line hardware/software support and collaborate with HR and IT teams.
• Maintain office infrastructure: wifi, meeting rooms, AV, and event tech.
• Draft and maintain IT policies and roll out group-wide tooling.
