Randstad Sourceright in Belgium seeks an Operations Manager to lead the delivery team, drive premium MSP services, and streamline contractor sourcing for a major pharma client. You will build strong relationships, implement best practices, and manage day-to-day operations to meet KPI targets and cost-saving goals.

• Experience in MSP delivery is essential.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using vendor management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentations to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a Delivery Team with resources, coaching and support to meet outcomes.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for contingent workforce.
• Serve as the first escalation point for service-related queries in-country.
• Manage supplier lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and reviews.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead business reviews with stakeholders to align resourcing strategies.
• Achieve KPI targets and exceed SLAs through data-driven reporting.
• Support BAU projects focused on continuous process improvement.
