Capgemini Engineering in Belgium seeks an Engagement Manager for MES Pharma to lead strategic and operational digital manufacturing programs in regulated pharmaceutical environments.

You will partner with senior client stakeholders, oversee full project lifecycles from assessment to validation, ensure GMP/GxP compliance, manage budgets, teams, and drive pre-sales and growth across a multinational portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years leading complex IT/OT or Digital Manufacturing programs in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Hands-on MES Pharma platforms such as Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma, PAS-X, or PharmaSuite.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, GAMP 5, ISA-95/ISA-88.
• Experience in pre-sales, proposal management, and account growth.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe/GAMP 5 Practitioner certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex MES programs across international teams.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance throughout engagements (GMP/GxP, CSV).
• Drive pre-sales, solution shaping, and bid activities to promote MES and Pharma 4.0.
• Manage engagement financials, including revenue, budget, forecasting and resources.
• Build and nurture executive-level client relationships with Manufacturing Directors and QA Leaders.
• Inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams and support recruitment and career growth.
