HR One Group seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison to manage peer-to-peer collaborations with key medical experts and support medical affairs initiatives. You will train internal teams and provide up-to-date medical and product information, ensuring compliant communication across stakeholders.

The role requires a Master's in Health Sciences (or related field), 2–5 years in pharma, and fluency in Dutch and French with strong English. Networking within the therapeutic area is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Network within relevant therapeutic area highly preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Full competency in Dutch and French, and good command of English.

Accountable for the effective usage of the client's products, acting as scientific peer and resource within the medical community, and scientific expert to internal colleagues. Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the relevant TA
• Develop programs that improve health outcomes, in partnership with physicians, industry personnel and health departments
• Collaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker development
• Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders
• Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information
• Train internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in relevant therapeutic area
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirements
• Generate tactical regional plans to provide needs-based, value-added support of the medical and scientific community in line with company goals
• Use systems to strategically map, identify, profile and prioritize thought leaders in line with the medical plan and goals
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of MSL activities

YOU BRING

• Master's Degree (within Health Sciences is preferred)
• Network within relevant therapeutic area highly preferred
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Full competency in Dutch and French, and good command of English, both oral and written
