HR One Group seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison to manage peer-to-peer collaborations with key medical experts and support medical affairs initiatives. You will train internal teams and provide up-to-date medical and product information, ensuring compliant communication across stakeholders.

The role requires a Master's in Health Sciences (or related field), 2–5 years in pharma, and fluency in Dutch and French with strong English. Networking within the therapeutic area is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Network within relevant therapeutic area highly preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Full competency in Dutch and French, and good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations with key medical experts.
• Create programs to improve health outcomes with physicians and health departments.
• Collaborate on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, and education opportunities.
• Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders.
• Provide up-to-date medical information and product information to the medical community.
• Train internal stakeholders on key scientific topics in the therapeutic area.
• Maintain compliant communication among stakeholders and document activities.
• Generate regional plans to support medical and scientific communities aligned with company goals.
• Map and profile thought leaders to align with medical plans.
