Randstad is seeking an MSAT Specialist in Geel to bridge lab innovation with large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing. You will lead process scale-up, optimization, and technology transfers, combining science with practical manufacturing execution.

The role requires advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) with several years in process development or MSAT, hands-on mammalian culture or purification, and strong GMP/data skills. Remote work opportunities may apply depending on project scope.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years in process development or MSAT.
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture or purification at lab/manufacturing scale.
• Solid GMP knowledge; experience with data trending and statistical tools a plus.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal, precise, analytical, and collaborative abilities.

Responsabilités

• Technology Transfer: transfer drug substance manufacturing processes from R&D to GMP facilities.
• Documentation & Qualification: ensure documentation readiness and support during PPQ.
• Process Optimization: lead yield/improvement initiatives with data packages for manufacturing.
• Monitoring & Deviations: monitor processes via data trending and draft protocols for changes.
