Simple Life App is seeking a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to shape the Simple Move movement programs. You will translate user needs, product goals, expert input, and performance insights into guided experiences that motivate users and build lasting habits.

You will partner with the LTV product manager to optimize renewal-driven metrics, own program structure, and ensure timely delivery of experiments and iterations across topics and difficulty levels. Remote- hybrid setup offered.

Qualifications

• Experience designing structured programs or content journeys in digital consumer products.
• Ability to set KPIs and translate engagement data into content decisions.
• Comfort with fast, autonomous work and iterative drafts.
• Familiarity with AI tools to structure and scale program content.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with LTV product manager on renewal-driven hypotheses and build CR/retention bets.
• Define program components, principles, and exercise sets to boost engagement and renewal.
• Ensure program delivery aligns with traffic needs and preserves core logic.
• Design and test workout experiments: select exercises, order, duration, progression; create assets with AI as needed.
• Create new programs and improve existing ones using performance insights and trends.
• Coordinate with medical/fitness expert for safety review and validation.
• Track performance against targets and feed results into next iteration.
• Support briefs and priorities with the Product Content Lead on new topics.
• Maintain engaging, natural program flow without overly technical language.
