Super is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Content Creation product area. You will own and shape the long‑term vision and roadmap while leading cross‑functional game studios to drive growth, retention and monetisation at scale.

As a senior leader within the product organisation, you’ll influence the games millions play daily and directly impact Super’s competitive position across markets, operating with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management with at least 2 years in mobile or iGaming games development.
Strategic, hands-on leader with proven cross-functional studio outcomes.
Proven ability to align goals and deliverables across design, engineering, and marketing.
Strong data literacy and use of analytics or BI dashboards for decision making.

Responsabilités

Define and execute the Content Creation product strategy and roadmap.
Lead cross-functional squads including designers, engineers, QA, artists and analysts.
Use AI tools as a primary workflow to validate concepts and build dashboards.
Drive GTM, Live Ops and marketing initiatives with regional stakeholders.
Translate research and data trends into actionable opportunities and hypotheses.
Oversee end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle and manage the backlog.
Coach and mentor other Product Managers.
