MyMove is seeking a Product & Technical Lead to steer both product and technical strategy for our SaaS fleet management platform. You will balance customer needs with product vision while ensuring technical sustainability, working across product management, software architecture, and hands-on engineering.

In this leadership role, you will define architecture, review major implementations, and contribute to the codebase as needed. Hybrid setup with on-site Brussels work two days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience building modern SaaS applications.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Experience designing software architecture.
• A good understanding of frontend development.
• Experience working with mobile applications.
• Strong SQL and API design skills.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day evolution of the platform and shape the product roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and review major implementations.
• Stay hands-on with code including backend, frontend, and mobile work.
• Investigate production issues and coordinate fixes.
• Understand mobility business and fleet operations.
