Upcut, based in Brussels, Belgium, is seeking a Motion Designer to transform creative briefs into sharp 2D, 3D, and AI videos. You will work hands-on with the Creative Director across the full pipeline, from client briefings to final export, on-site at our Brussels office.

You should bring 3+ years in audiovisual production, strong After Effects skills, and a passion for AI-assisted workflows. Multilingual ability (EN/NL/FR) and EU work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in audiovisual production (agency or freelance).
• Proficient in the Adobe Suite, especially After Effects; eager to explore new tools.
• Strong understanding of audiovisual production fundamentals with an aesthetic eye.
• Comfortable with creative AI tools and workflows.
• Fluency in EN/NL/FR or ability to work in a multilingual environment.
• Valid work authorization to work in the European Union.

Responsabilités

• Design and animate graphics & textual elements for digital video campaigns based on a creative brief.
• Guard brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director from concept through delivery.
• Deliver final assets in correct specs within deadlines.
• Stay current on motion trends, tools and formats.
• Leverage AI-powered tools daily to accelerate workflows.
