BBC is seeking a Junior Art Director for Mechelen or Ghent to join our Belgium-based creative team. You will dive into briefs, distill them into sharp visuals, and collaborate with fellow creatives on B2B campaigns.

Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a bonus, and you should be ready for a permanent role in a flat, collaborative setting. You will maintain brand cohesion, translate rough sketches into strong visuals, and push back when needed to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a creative designer or art director.
• Adobe Creative Cloud fluency.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Sculpt the brand by translating vision into design for rebrands or campaign visuals.
• Think it through with the Creative Lead, ask questions, push back when needed.
• Sharpen the concept and explore integrating generative AI to speed up or elevate work.
• Raise the bar and share new tricks to keep the team sharp.
• Pull out all stops to bring your image to life regardless of tools or knowledge.
