ICF Brussels seeks a Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to develop compelling visuals for internal and external audiences, including campaigns, digital content, reports and multimedia pieces. You’ll ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and high usability across static and animated formats.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with print and digital work.
• Motion design and animation experience.
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Strong branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability in digital comms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for print and digital channels.
• Develop layouts for brochures, reports, posters, and presentations.
• Create digital content for websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Produce and edit motion graphics and multimedia content.
• Adapt assets for new audiences and channels.
• Prepare print-ready, web-optimised and video-ready files.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Apply and maintain visual identity guidelines across materials.
• Provide guidance on design and motion design best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production partners as needed.
• Maintain file management, archiving, and version control.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, project managers, and content creators.
