Job summary

About the role

Our client is an international organisation working in chip manufacturing technology, looking for freelance C++ Developers to join a project based in Leuven, Belgium. The engagement is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and is open to both medior and senior developers.

The project is a handling platform. The successful candidate will work mostly in C++ on the application, and in Python on testing, with some limited work in C# possible. Day to day, you will join the team’s Scrum sync and then work on design, coding and development testing, with AI used to support the work. You will work closely with the systems engineering team, so the role suits someone who can follow technical complexity and explain their decisions clearly.

The role is based on site in Leuven three days a week, with the rest of the week remote. Depending on project needs, international travel to Asia may be required, with expenses covered by the customer. Rate details will be confirmed with candidates.
