Redwire Space is seeking a Software Design Engineer to drive embedded software for satellite equipment and scientific instruments. You will design, code, and document software in collaboration with Electronic Engineers, the Software Architect, and fellow designers, ensuring MISRA compliance and traceable quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar by experience.
• Experience with ESA practices & software standards ECSS-E-40/Q-80; hands-on design and testing in embedded platforms is a plus.
• Working knowledge of electronics is a must.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented team player with good planning and communication skills.
