Redwire Space NV in Belgium is seeking a Software Design Engineer to develop embedded software for satellite equipment and scientific instruments. You will work closely with Electronic Engineers and Software Architects, ensuring code quality and documentation.

This role offers the chance to contribute to mission-critical space projects, work in a flexible environment, and grow towards senior or team lead positions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar experience.
• Experience with ESA practices & software standards ECSS‑E‑40/Q‑80.
• Working knowledge of (micro) electronics is a must.
• Proficient in C, C++, and Python.
• Fluency in English required.
• Proactive and creative team player with strong communication skills.
