Jobgether in Belgium seeks a Middle+ General QA Engineer to own quality across web and hybrid apps. You will perform manual testing, test documentation, API validation, and log analysis, while supporting automation efforts.

You will work with a multinational team to establish robust QA practices and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes UI/UX testing, cross-browser validation, and client-server testing using tools like Postman, BrowserStack, Kibana, and Playwright.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in software testing or QA, web-based product environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (cases, checklists, scenarios, bug reports).
• Hands-on with JIRA and TestRail; familiar with BrowserStack, Postman, Kibana; basic GitLab workflow.

Responsabilités

• Own the QA process within the assigned team from feature start to final release.
• Promote quality culture and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Perform manual testing across desktop and mobile browsers; design and maintain test cases.
• UI/UX testing for web and hybrid apps; ensure usability and consistency.
• Create clear bug reports with steps, results, and relevant data.
• Support automated testing and broader QA coverage; analyze logs to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify risks and help timely releases.
