Flosum in Belgium is seeking an experienced Manual QA tester to ensure quality across our web applications and Salesforce integrations. You will design test cases, execute manual tests, and collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.

Applicants should have 2+ years in QA, strong testing fundamentals, experience with Jira/TestRail, REST API testing, and basic SQL. English communication should be fluent, and a detail-oriented mindset is essential for enterprise-grade

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Manual QA experience with web apps and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and test design techniques.
• Experience creating test documentation from scratch.
• Familiarity with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools).
• Experience testing REST APIs and using Swagger or Postman.
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience with DB testing (Postgres/MySQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Git basics.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail for enterprise apps.
• English sufficient for daily communication and collaboration.

What you'll do

• Test new features and verify bug fixes.


• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.


• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation.


• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios before development is completed.


• Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman.


• Verify data using SQL.


• Reproduce reported issues and work with developers to investigate root causes.


• Participate in refinement sessions, and release testing.


• Help improve our testing processes and increase overall test coverage.

What we're looking for
