COSMOTE Global Solutions is seeking a Testing Specialist to strengthen quality assurance across ICT projects in Belgium. You will design, execute, and coordinate both manual and automated tests, working closely with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases.

The role emphasizes building test plans, scripts, and frameworks, plus contributing to process improvements and defect management throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in testing.
• Experience with frontend development (HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
• Knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, JEE).
• Experience with test management tools and API automation.
• Hands-on programming experience and SQL knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts (manual and automated).
• Identify, document, track, and report defects and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality.
• Contribute to testing frameworks and tooling maintenance.
• Participate in reviews to provide quality feedback on requirements and design.
• Support release planning and coordinate testing during release cycles.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards.
