EUROPEAN DYNAMICS in Brussels is seeking a QA Engineer / Test Specialist fluent in English to join the Development team on-site in Brussels. The successful candidate will collaborate with a major client’s IT team and help define test strategy for multi-system workflows.

You will design and maintain automated test suites for backend APIs (.NET/JAVA REST) and frontend (Angular/PrimeNG), set up test environments, integrate tests into CI/CD, and contribute to governance and audit documentation.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with IT professional experience
• Minimum 3 years QA or test engineering experience, with at least 2 years in test automation
• Hands-on backend API test automation (Playwright API testing or equivalent)
• Frontend test automation experience for Angular (Playwright or Selenium)
• CI/CD integration experience (GitHub Actions or equivalent)
• Experience testing event-driven or message-based systems
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes environments
• Ability to read .NET and TypeScript/Angular code to write meaningful tests
• Experience with test data management in complex data environments
• Excellent command of English

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain test strategy across unit to performance testing
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for backend APIs and frontend components
• Set up and maintain test environments and data pipelines with DevOps
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD with quality gates
• Conduct exploratory testing of multi-system workflows
• Produce defect reports and collaborate with developers to fix issues
• Support performance/load testing for high-throughput endpoints
• Document test governance and audit materials
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews
