OneSource Consulting seeks a Microsoft SharePoint Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain scalable SharePoint farms. You will ensure high availability, security, and performance while supporting HTA workloads.

The role requires hands-on experience with SharePoint 2016/2019, Windows Server, and PowerShell scripting. English communication is essential; French is a plus. You will collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint 2016/2019 farms.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
• Good proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of networking, authentication mechanisms, security infrastructure, and security protocols.
• Experience with SharePoint site collection administration, permissions, user management, and content management.
• Familiarity with SQL Server administration and SharePoint-related databases.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• French language skills are an advantage

Job Description

We are looking for a Microsoft SharePoint Infrastructure Specialist to join our client’s Health Technology Assessment (HTA) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting SharePoint infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, performance, and compliance.

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain SharePoint 2016/2019 farms with a focus on high availability and performance.
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of SharePoint environments and related components.
• Administer and monitor Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments and ensure seamless integration with SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Implement SharePoint security, authentication, access controls, and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance, connectivity, authentication, permissions, and access issues.
• Manage site collections, user permissions, content, and SharePoint configuration.
• Work with SQL Server databases supporting SharePoint environments.
• Monitor system health, identify potential issues, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders and assist with issue resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to relevant users and technical teams.
• Keep SharePoint environments up to date with Microsoft patches, security updates, and recommended best practices.
