ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a SharePoint and PowerPlatform Specialist to be onsite in Belgium. You will design, implement and govern SharePoint Online solutions and the Power Platform landscape to meet business needs.

Lead low-code development with Power Apps, automate processes with Power Automate, and ensure robust information architecture, metadata governance and security. Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required for EU operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online architecture and governance.
• 5+ years of Power Platform stack including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong information architecture, metadata and security/compliance knowledge.
• Fluent English plus advanced French or Dutch proficiency.

Technical Skills

• Design, implementation and governance of SharePoint Online solutions: architecture, sites, document management, information architecture and metadata (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Management of permissions, access and content lifecycle, in compliance with governance, security and compliance principles (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Development of low-code solutions using Power Apps (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Business process automation using Power Automate (desktop) (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Analysis of business needs and translation into concrete, usable and maintainable Digital Workplace solutions (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Power Platform and SharePoint governance: standards, guidelines, data and content governance (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• User adoption, training, change management, support and resolution of platform incidents (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
• Knowledge of English (C1: advanced/complex proficiency).
• Knowledge of French or Dutch (C1: advanced/complex proficiency).
