Robert Half is seeking a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for the Antwerp region. The role supports an ERP transformation across European entities, migrating from Dynamics NAV to BC and delivering scalable, standardized solutions for finance and supply chain.

You will map business needs to BC functionality, document requirements, lead workshops, and coordinate testing with IT and business users across multiple countries.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant.
• At least 3 years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong experience in finance and supply chain processes.
• Fluent in French and English; able to lead workshops and testing.

Our client is an international organization undergoing a major ERP transformation across several European entities.

In this role, you will contribute to the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping to deliver scalable, standardized, and future-oriented solutions across finance and supply chain operations.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant.
• You bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• You have solid experience across both finance and supply chain domains.
• You have strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, inventory management, warehouse management, and reporting processes.
• You are familiar with manufacturing, production, distribution, or other supply chain-driven environments.
• You are comfortable leading workshops, gathering requirements, and coordinating testing activities.
• You combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which is considered a strong asset.
• You have knowledge of APIs, OData, Power BI, or Power Platform, which is a plus.
• You hold a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification, or this is considered an advantage.
