Rhox seeks a Senior Microsoft E5 Implementation & Security Programme Manager to coordinate a secure Microsoft 365 E5 rollout across our ICT landscape. You will align teams, monitor progress, and ensure governance without taking over technical delivery or security decisions.

The role requires strong program management, knowledge of Entra ID, MFA, and GDPR fundamentals, plus clear communication and documentation skills. A hybrid approach with Brussels-based teams is likely.

Qualifications

• Senior experience coordinating rollouts with SFIA level 4 or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 E5 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access and MFA.
• Experience with security, compliance, and GDPR fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Plan the E5 roadmap, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate rollout with ICT teams and monitor progress.
• Assess E5 configuration, identity, access and security workloads.
• Identify risks and propose controls.
• Track Microsoft and reseller delivery and licence usage.
• Document decisions, configurations and handover; report progress and risks.
