Pauwels Consulting supports a major public service organization by seeking an Expert Program Manager to oversee the strategic rollout of the Microsoft E5 security suite, with emphasis on governance, risk, and compliance.

You will coordinate planning across ICT, manage vendors, address risks, and report to the CIO, leveraging 8+ years in cybersecurity and GRC, and strong Microsoft 365 E5 expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management with a focus on Cybersecurity and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 E5 services including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management and cloud solutions with Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of NIS 2 and GDPR compliance frameworks.
• Experience in license management and vendor coordination with Microsoft resellers.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems or a related technical field.
• Effective communicator capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with active knowledge of Dutch or French.

Responsabilités
