HumanInTech is seeking an experienced project coordinator to lead the rollout of Microsoft 365 E5 licenses for a Belgian public-sector client. You will work closely with the CISO office to ensure secure, well-managed implementation without overstepping authority.

Responsibilities include planning, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring governance and configurations are well-documented. A hybrid Brussels-based role with English mandatory and Dutch/French bilingualism advantageous.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and E5 services and their interplay.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access and MFA.
• Familiarity with Intune and device management.
• Understanding of security and compliance workloads in cloud/hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of NIS 2 and GDPR in information security and governance.
• Project/programme coordination and licence management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate rollout of Microsoft E5 licence for a Belgian public-sector organisation.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the rollout, tracking progress and dependencies.
• Liaise with IT services, monitor configuration and governance.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, propose control measures.
• Report to the CISO and document decisions and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including local police forces; manage vendor relations.
