Avertim is seeking a MES Project Manager to lead manufacturing execution system implementations in regulated Life Sciences environments. You will drive digital shop-floor transformation, aligning business needs with technical solutions and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, or related field.
• 2-5 years of MES project management experience in pharma, biotech, or medtech.
• Strong knowledge of MES platforms such as Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter.
• Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation projects, from scoping and design to deployment and validation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and EMA regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, quality, and external vendors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and translate operational challenges into MES solutions.
