DT Mühendislik ve Taahhüt A.Ş. seeks an experienced MEP Site Foreman to oversee mechanical and electrical installation on a large Brussels construction site. You will ensure compliance with 2D drawings, safety standards, and project quality in a fast-paced renovation setting.

You will manage subcontractors, coordinate deliveries, and drive defect-free completion within the 20-month installation window, while maintaining high safety standards and effective cross-discipline communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision.
• Experience on large-scale construction sites, including renovation/retrofit.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings (MEP).
• Strong coordination skills between multiple trades and disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead a Landmark 19,000 m² Development in Brussels

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Foreman to supervise the daily mechanical and electrical installation works on a prestigious 19,000 m² mixed-use development, combining hotel, residential, office and commercial facilities.

This is a unique opportunity to join a technically challenging project, work alongside multidisciplinary teams, and play a key role in turning design concepts into reality.

The Project

• Freelance or temporary employment (with a strong possibility of extension based on future project opportunities)

The MEP Site Foreman supervises the daily mechanical and electrical installation activities on a large-scale construction site in Brussels. The role ensures that all works follow the approved 2D drawings, safety regulations and project quality standards in a fast-paced renovation environment.

You oversee the daily "boots on the ground" operations. You manage subcontractors and direct labor so that the 20-month MEP installation window is delivered with zero defects and high safety standards.

• Supervise daily MEP (Mechanical & Electrical) installation activities on site
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with the 2D execution drawings, reading and verifying plans on site
• Enforce VCA safety standards and promote safe working practices
• Coordinate material deliveries, storage and site logistics
• Conduct regular quality inspections and manage snagging/defect resolution
• Report daily progress and site issues to project management
• Support coordination between subcontractors and disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision
• Strong ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings
• Experience in construction site environments, including renovation/retrofit projects
• Multi-discipline coordination experience (MEP interface)
• Professional working knowledge of French and English
